The main thing that blocks two people from having amazing love is their unresolved trauma’s. Because those unresolved traumas get projected into the relationships in different ways. If we can heal our unresolved trauma, then from that and from that place we can quit being reactive. .

Then we can become conscious and present in the here and now, and there’s where love lives. Love doesn’t lie in thinking about the future or being worried about the past. It lies in those tantric moments, where your hands are on each other’s hearts, gazing into the other’s eyes, and being able to be present and in gratitude and in love, mind, body, and spirit.
