A dedicated meditator for over 40 years, Victoria’s teaching and counseling journey has included work with teenagers, university students and adults.
A previous director of health programs, Victoria now regularly leads groups, courses, and classes on Mindful Self Compassion, an empirically-supported skill development program for cultivating self compassion in our daily life.
