LaShelle Lowe-Chardé has a mission to help make a shift in consciousness about how we relate to life and each other. LaShelle created what she calls Mindful Compassionate Dialogue, which integrates her own 20 years of training and experience in Mindfulness, Hakomi, and NVC. This system provides a roadmap to becoming a relationship master by defining and operationalizing the essential aspects of creating a confident sense of self as well engaging in the consciousness and skills that facilitate living from compassion, wisdom, mindfulness, and agency.
