I am constantly finding balance in my life, it’s not like once you get it you get it. It’s this journey, it’s this process, it’s this every-day thing.
For me, I’m a disciplined person who loves my routines. So balance for me means being ok when things shift and being willing to adapt to new scenarios. For you balance might look the opposite and bringing more routine into your life.
So it’s important to find out what direction you need to go. It’s important that there is joy, that you’re having fun, and not making yourself miserable by sticking to a diet or gym routine that you hate.
