I feel like in our society we are taught to ask, “what do I want my life to look like?” and I honestly feel like that’s not the right question. It’s more, “what do I want my life to feel like?”
So it’s not about money, it’s about balance. It’s about being able to pursue what is meaningful to us, and also having time and space to take care of ourselves.
– Dr. Holly Richmond
